I would choose the TV, cause no game in the world is varied enough. There are good games out there and a few of them are verry enterteining but none of them can get me news, comedys, action, SiFi or stuff like that like TV doase. Even when it is basic cable. You can have those parts in a game but game can never bring you the daily news up. A game isnt realistic, a game is artificial.

Games. BUT THEN, I would play such gems as: CSI 4: Crime Scene Investigation - Hard Evidence, Hell's Kitchen: The Game and Karaoke Revolution Presents: American Idol Encore 2! That's right! Best of both worlds hombre!

Tv's Good and All- but An Endless Supply Of Games (Especially On All Platforms) Will Keep Me Entertained For Hours!!

I cant count the times I've just sat there during the day flipping through hundreds of channels, trying to settle for something to watch- Almost the same scenario as going to the fridge expecting something new and delicious to magically "pop" up the next time you open the door!

Games offer a lot more variety than basic cable. Especially if we aren't limited to one platform. But unless I want to watch Judge Judy, Maury Pauvich, and soap operas all day, it is no contest.

Now, if the choice was between every game ever made or every tv show ever made, THAT might be a hard choice.

Games are (can be) stories that you participate in. TV shows are stories you are subjected to.

Games. No contest. Having said that, I could have voted for TV because you don't have to be as dedicated to it (when playing a game, that's all you do). For example, I like to draw while watching TV but I do pretty much all of my watching on my computer.

What be this cable you talk about?

As long as there's a fresh supply of games.. I just don't want to be stuck with ones I've beaten to death.

I've been without basic cable for going on 2 years now. Hulu, Netflix, and theWB.com have been filling my entertainment needs when I can't play games while I eat. saves me $50/month

Id choose games even if i had no arms or legs.
