I've flown on US Airways ONCE. ... Never again. Worst. Customer. Service. EVER.
But I really like Southwest. I've flown them a hundred gajillion times and I don't have any bad memories. If anything, I have good memories of the crew being very funny in the safety briefings...

I was thoroughly impressed with Frontier the last time I flew with them. And I think I'm done with United - too many bad experiences with them (or is it US Airways?) Their names are too similar and seldom are their gates next to each other. I think I will just avoid them both from now on.
And aren't Delta Jet Blue owned by one of those two now? Or maybe Delta and Jet blue are the same now. I can't keep up with all of their pseudo-mergers.
What, no Continental or Southwest? those guys kick ass.
And if you want really good service, I've heard Singapore Air has fantastic features--like crazy awesome asian food as an on-air flight and huge leather seats for economy class.
i actually like southwest the best. the flight attendants we're pretty entertaining. they pulled a bunch of pranks on each other and when i got off the flight, one of the attendants sang to us as a goodbye present. it was a lot of fun. oh and their flights are really cheap lol
