Well... They pretty much play the same game... And the Devil just has a wee bit more experience, so I guess he'd win.

I think that it all comes down to what sort of words. The joker could hit out with many different words that are non-related to any specific thing mean-while the Devil (going for the biblical one here) would use his words carefully. So is it to the extent of who can say the words, the capacity of words, the meaning of the words or is it just about random words. Personally I believe that the Joker would just irritate the Devil by making no sense because, as most people presume, the Joker is insane meanwhile, the Devil is not. the better question to ask is: Could the Joker make the Devl insane?
