eggs,bacon,hashbrowns and searing hot coffee help me start the day off just right! If my wife wakes up early enough and doesn't have to work then I get a typical Mexican breakfast, chorizo con huevo, frijoles and tortillas de harina with a chocolate caliente de la abuelita!(sorry... for all those who don't speak spanish, chorizo sausage scrambled with eggs, refried beans, flour tortillas and a "la Abuelita" brand hot chocolate!)
don't like breakfast...toast, cereal, yogourt and all that crap taste weird for me. lol and I'm not hungry in the morning. Usually at 9 or so I eat an apple with a lot of coffee...that's the way I like it and I know it is far from being the best way for health
here's why: I started to take Hydroxycut and it requires to be taken twice a day - since it gives me energy to work out and it speeds the metabolism and I like to work out in the morning with bike riding, I give it myself and the Hydroxy something to "munch on" so I eat breakfast first (oatmeal), drink a bottle, bike for about 4 miles (freestyle bike, fuck that mountain bike bullshit) with the energy I get from the Hydroxy, by the time I'm done, it's "out of my system" lost some pounds, etc...
I repeat for lunch of course, between lunch and dinner I do some more working out with the Hydroxy - sucks that I've been eating less and less when I'm supposed to eat like AT LEAST 5 meals a day to bring my metabolism back up but with how busy I try to stay (keeps me out of trouble) I eat like 3 times a day right now ON A GOOD DAY!
Cause of this pattern, in a course of a week, I lost 7 pounds... I know, long reasoning WHY but, that's pretty much why I take breakfast now.
Weren't you doing p90x? was thinking of bringing that into my life with the Hydroxy (fuck I sound like an ad now but IT'S REALLY WORKING AND IT'S NOT GIVING ME JITTERS!)
